Socialism's Wacky Side Effect? Collective Misery Abound!

If you aren't angry about the President's idea to just bailout those threatened by foreclosure, you ought to be. The plan's a lose-lose for everyone, and is just a way to spread that failure all over the country, which happens to be a key part of socialist garbage. People are starting to finally get it.

And Rick Santelli? He gets it too.

Stamps Go Up, Service Goes Down, and This Clown Gets a Pay Raise

An $80,000 pay raise? Really? Is the Postmaster General really doing that good of a job that he deserved a pay raise? According to our beloved Congress, he is. Oh! And look at the bonus he got as well. That's right...a bonus. So for CEOs to make tons of money and bonuses when their companies are failing it's wrong, but for some bureaucrat it's okay?

What Kind of Jerk Attacks a Teenager?

So this jerk, Ron Kuby, had nothing better to do today when the economy's in the tank, when there are clearly bigger issues on the table.....he had nothing better to do than spend 20 minutes tearing apart a 17 year old girl. Bristol Palin was on Greta Van Susteren last night, talking about being a mom and other things and these idiots ripped her apart for her interview. A kid. They launched their attacks on a 17 year old kid. THIS is what the government wants to force onto our radio stations with the so-called "Fairness Doctrine?" Pathetic.

Who's Who

In light of recent madness spilling out of the socialists in Congress (read: Democrats), and an emerging resurgence of conservatism among Republicans, it might be a good time to point out some of the good, solid Republicans that are doing the right thing in Congress. People need to know who these people are and when they do the right thing, please contact them and let them know they are doing the right thing and that they have the support of the people.

In the House of Representatives:
John Boehner (Ohio - House Minority Leader)
Mike Pence (Indiana - House GOP Conference Leader)
Dean Heller (Nevada)
Eric Cantor (Virginia - House Minority Whip)
Virginia Foxx (North Carolina)
David Dreier (California)

In the Senate:
Jim DeMint (South Carolina)
Tom Coburn (Oklahoma)
Mike Enzi (Wyoming)
John Kyl (Arizona - Senate Minority Whip)

As you see.....the list in the Senate is shorter due to the wishy-washy nature of the Republicans there. And besides knowing who is good, it's also important to know who is awful and needs to go. The following Republican Senators are often subject to voting with the Democrats and are not good representatives of conservative values and either need to go in the next election, or need sever rehabilitation:

Susan Collins (Maine)
Olympia Snowe (Maine)
Arlen Specter (Pennsylvania)
John McCain (Arizona)
Lindsey Graham (South Carolina)
Orin Hatch (Utah)
Richard Lugar (Indiana)

When the above screw up and blow it, CONTACT THEM!!! They need to be held to task and when they fail, they need to be told. When they continually (Snowe, Specter, Collins) fail, then efforts need to be made to dislodge these knuckleheads from their positions in their next primary elections. Know the players and have a greater impact on contacting the right people. Get involved everyone.....or else we'll all wake up one day and the country won't be the same.

Aren't Government Limits on Free Speech Fun?

All right! That march toward some twisted socialist/fascist state is coming sooner than expected, courtesy of jealous, pathetic liberals like Chuck Schumer and Debbie Stabenow.

See here.

And to address Tom HArkin's call for "more liberals on the air," I would suggest he listen to idiots like Bill Press, Randi Rhodes, or Ed Schultz if he thinks for some reason they aren't there. What Harkin's complaint doesn't seem to recognize is the demand from the market on.....oh wait....maybe he does and this is just another pillar of the system they'd love to tear down. These liberals have gone completely insane.

Every Liberal Idiot Needs to Watch This

Phil Donahue, criticizing free market capitalism and being intellectually destroyed by economist Milton Friedman. This video is brilliant.

Oh, and About That Commerce Secretary Gig....

Oops. Guess the march toward socialism just didn't sit too well with the Republican Senator.

Obama: "I Won, So Americans Need to Suck Up This Stimulus"

The arrogance is now in full force. To quote President Change, in response to critics of the stimulus pushing for more tax cuts and reducing the spending: "I reject those theories, and so did the American people when they went to the polls in November and voted resoundingly for change."'
Wow. Guess that means we just have to eat this bill and all the pork lined within. Guess that means that the millions who voted against him don't matter, either. The ego of this man....it's really unbelievable.

Because More Americans Need to Know About This Stimulus

For every few idiots, there are some good ones. Senator Tom Coburn is fighting this pitiful and poorly named 'stimulus' package tooth and nail and he has my support. He put an excellent op-ed in the Wall Street Journal that ought to be on the front page of every newspaper in the country. Also, his website has a laundry list of the earmarks within the bill that ought to trouble EVERYONE! Just scroll down and read some of the items.....furniture for the Homeland Security Department Headquarters.....that creates thousands of jobs. Oh....wait. On second thought, it really doesn't.

Pelosi Doubles US Population in an Second!

Brainius Maximus. This woman, Nancy Pelosi, must be one of the least intelligent "leaders" in this country. In a split second she doubles the population of this country and then ensures that everyone, even infants have jobs that we will eventually lose. Pathetic.

Hope and Change That Al Qaeda Can Believe In

Amazing....Pelosi's crew hard at work again. It's like a convict trying to escape prison with a shovel, and the guard taking the shovel to help him get away. Amazing.

No Earmark For You, Hollywood!

YES!!! The Senate just passed the "Coburn Amendment" to that awful stimulus package, which struck a $246 million tax break to Hollywood, of all places. This kickback to these idiots in Hollywood just got defeated and is no longer in the bill. One down.....so, so many to go.

Russ Feingold: Hypocrisy in Action

Well, who would have thought?! What a miracle!! The Democrats want to change the rules when it won't benefit them!!? Unbelievable. Senator Russ Feingold (D) wants to change the rules mid-game. When the 'wonderfully qualified' Senator Clinton was appointed Secretary of State, nobody blinked an eye as the unelected Governor Patterson appointed a Democrat to take her place in the Senate. Well, now that Senator Judd Gregg (R) has been appointed to be the Commerce Secretary, Senator Feingold thinks that if the New Hampshire Governor appoints a Republican to take Gregg's place....it's "alarmingly undemocratic?" What kind of backward logic is that??! So it's great for the Dems/Socialists (let's just call them for what they are now) and it's undemocratic for Republicans? The hypocrisy is just overflowing here.

All Right! Squash Tournaments Sponsored by Taxpayers!! UPDATE: Wells Fargo Trip Funded By You!

As if this pathetic stimulus.....no wait, I mean uber-earmark, wasn't bad enough, look at this!!

I have about HAD IT!!

UPDATE:
Unbelievable. Is anyone else ready to do something about this garbage?

Senate Republicans Need a Swift Kick

Last week the House of Representatives took a vote on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and 177 Republicans and 11 Democrats voted against that horrible spend-fest that Pelosi practically wrote all by herself. The House Republicans were unanimous in their statement against the bill and while it still passed, their statement was heard loud and clear. NO. MORE. WASTEFUL. SPENDING.

But, sadly, the bill now sits in the Senate, waiting for debate later this week. And that is where the problem truly lies. The Senate Republicans are a softer bunch, and tend to wobble more easily than their House counterparts. One would think that getting 177 people to agree would be more difficult than getting 41 people to agree, but of course, this is not the case. House Minority Leader John Boehner and Minority Whip Eric Cantor seem to have a better grasp of leadership than Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell does. This is a problem. Weak-willed Republicans like Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe from Maine, Arlen Specter, or Lindsey Graham pose the threat that they might vote for this giant earmark. Mitch McConnell has shown poor leadership already in 2009 and this bill is not the time for him to continue the trend. Contact your Senators, especially those Republicans that need a little...'inspiration', and let them know why this thing needs to be defeated. No revisions, no compromises...this thing needs to simply go away. If all Republicans vote 'no' then this bill dies. Show some spine Republicans.....kill this thing and get it over with.
