Obama: "I Won, So Americans Need to Suck Up This Stimulus"

The arrogance is now in full force. To quote President Change, in response to critics of the stimulus pushing for more tax cuts and reducing the spending: "I reject those theories, and so did the American people when they went to the polls in November and voted resoundingly for change."'
Wow. Guess that means we just have to eat this bill and all the pork lined within. Guess that means that the millions who voted against him don't matter, either. The ego of this man....it's really unbelievable.

Because More Americans Need to Know About This Stimulus

For every few idiots, there are some good ones. Senator Tom Coburn is fighting this pitiful and poorly named 'stimulus' package tooth and nail and he has my support. He put an excellent op-ed in the Wall Street Journal that ought to be on the front page of every newspaper in the country. Also, his website has a laundry list of the earmarks within the bill that ought to trouble EVERYONE! Just scroll down and read some of the items.....furniture for the Homeland Security Department Headquarters.....that creates thousands of jobs. Oh....wait. On second thought, it really doesn't.

Pelosi Doubles US Population in an Second!

Brainius Maximus. This woman, Nancy Pelosi, must be one of the least intelligent "leaders" in this country. In a split second she doubles the population of this country and then ensures that everyone, even infants have jobs that we will eventually lose. Pathetic.

Will the Real GOP Stand Up?

Enough! Mitch McConnell has got to be one of the weakest Republicans to ever hold a leadership position in the US Senate. The fact that he's considering having Republicans support Obama's absurd "stimulus" plan shows his willingness to just buy into the Socialist crap that seems to be growing at an insane rate since those magical November election results. I've HAD IT! If the Republicans just roll over and embrace this then I guess I'll just grab my copy of the Communist Manifesto and brush up on calling my friends 'comrade' instead. %^&$!!! GOP....show some backbone for pete's sake!!

Obama's First Economic Failure

So maybe you've heard of Obama's plan to stimulate the economy once he takes office. That stimulus number has grown recently to a figure somewhere around $1 trillion. That's not a misprint....that's the word "trillion" back there. How will this package work? Why, infrastructure development of course! Build roads, sidewalks, and whatever else can be paved over. Sounds great right? Jobs created, people at work, economy stimulated. But guess what? Somewhere else in this world of ours, another country tried this same tactic just 20 years ago. That country was Japan. They adopted the same concept and upon completion went into a decade-long recession. Most Americans either don't know or don't care about this critical history lesson. Guess we'll all find out the hard way why this plan is doomed to fail right from the start.
